TIME TO TAP INTO THE POWER OF PARTNERSHIP
Flexibility. Versatility. Agility. Choose a word that captures best the need to be light on your feet when you are running a business.
I’ve written so many times in so many places about the need to embrace change, rather than fear it.
Standing still and hoping that everything around you will stay the same is an exercise in futility for any small business owner.
Because the world simply isn’t like that. We live in constant flux, and we should accept that rather than resent it.
All of which is a rather long-winded way of saying that I’ve made a change that a few weeks back I would have thought highly unlikely.
I’ve gone into business with a friend.
The story behind Page & Stage
Don’t get me wrong, LeBoo Media continues on its merry way. I’m still delivering written content for a variety of customers, and in recent weeks have written about topics as diverse as legal services, sea salt and sexual wellbeing.
But along with a lovely fella called Andrew Morgan, I’ve launched a new venture called Page & Stage.
Andrew and I met in mid-2025 and got on immediately. We’re about the same age, we have the same outlook on life and we bonded over a shared interest in football and horse racing.
And it was Andrew who suggested, a couple of months back, that we should leverage the way our respective businesses work to offer a powerfully broad range of services to clients.
The name of our business, Page & Stage, encapsulates the fusion between my expertise in written content and Andrew’s experience with the spoken word. He’s a speaker, an MC and an expert event host.
Communicate with confidence and clarity
One of the values Andrew and I share is a desire to get on with it. We’re both in our sixties, we’ve done a few laps of the track and in that time we’ve picked up a fair bit of knowledge. So why wait and carry out several months of business development?
We’ve built the website, we’ve honed our proposition and we know the types of businesses who can benefit from our shared skills. Now let’s get out there and talk to them and show them how we can change their world.
We’ve identified numerous ways in which we can help clients communicate. But let’s break it down to a few examples.
Pitching
This is a key moment when it comes to new business. We can both write the pitch for you and help you to present it as compellingly as possible.
Brand positioning
Articulating who you are, what you sell and what you stand for is vital. Having an expert third party can really move things forward for you.
Rebranding
Moving forward with a new look and enhanced messaging can make a big difference to your business, but only if you communicate effectively what it means.
Presenting
There are so many contexts in which delivering a message with impact and eloquence is essential for business leaders – and we can help you to do it superbly.
Internal meetings
Your team has to come with you on your journey, with unified purpose. That can be challenging if you don’t have the confidence to express your values and aims effectively.
Sponsors’ speeches
How many times have you seen an event sponsor blow a fantastic opportunity to capture the attention and interest of a captive audience? We can help you to ensure that does not happen.
Page & Stage is moving at pace, and it has been immensely encouraging to receive incredibly positive feedback from a host of business connections with whom we have shared our ideas.
The next step is to get into the rooms populated by those who can benefit most from our services.
At its heart, what we’re talking about is communication. We live in an age when, thanks to the wonders of artificial intelligence, it has never been easier to communicate.
It is also an age when, thanks to the limitations of AI, it has never been more valuable to communicate well.
Get in touch if you want to know how we can help you to stand up with confidence and stand out from the crowd.
